Ingredients
- 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tbsp. crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
Directions
In a large bowl, combine ginger, garlic, turmeric, salt.
Marinate the chicken pieces in the mixture for 3 hours.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate.
Grill chicken until juices run clear.
