Her graduate research project at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville was in Appalachian Herbal Medicine. She worked inpatient psychiatric then internal medicine and covid care before joining the team at Apple.

Dale enjoys staying up to date on evidence-based integrative medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine and other resources. She specializes in treating GI illness, hormone imbalances, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, fatigue, anxiety and depression. She collaborates with patients to find root causes of illness and develop treatment plans incorporating nutritional, botanical and lifestyle support, followed by prescription medications when needed.

In her free time, Dale loves to explore the outdoors, especially while foraging for native medicinals and foods. She also enjoys renovating historic houses, mountain biking, traveling, dancing, cooking and spending time with friends.
