  • 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups water or organic chicken broth (or a combination of both)
  • Cayenne pepper, garlic powder, sea salt, and chili powder for seasoning

  • Optional sides: celery sticks or a bed of chopped romaine lettuce for serving
