Dr. Chris Hosenfeld, a Board-Certified Chiropractic Rehabilitation Doctor, embarked on his 30+ year healthcare journey with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, followed by a Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis. 
 
In 1987, Dr. Hosenfeld founded Hosenfeld Chiropractic, now known as Apple Healthcare and The Spring. From the beginning, he envisioned fostering collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Through his vision and the support of many, he helped in expanding the chiropractic clinic to include medical, podiatry, physical therapy, and regenerative medicine. His expertise extends beyond the clinic, having served as the chiropractor for the University of Tennessee Athletic Department for 25 years, as well as the Knoxville Cherokee’s Hockey team, Knoxville Rugby Club, and St. Louis Golden Gloves Boxing. 
 
A committed member of the Tennessee Chiropractic Association (TCA) and the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), Dr. Hosenfeld has actively contributed to the field by serving on the TCA Board of Directors and collaborating with organizations such as the ACA’s Diagnostic Imaging Center and the Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research. 
 
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Hosenfeld has enjoyed over 30 years of marriage to his wife Lynn. They have three children and three grandchildren. He balances his busy schedule with hobbies such as weightlifting, gardening, and spending time with his family.
