Dale’s journey into natural healing began at just 14, working in a health food store and learning traditional plant medicine from a local Appalachian herbalist. Her graduate research focused on Historic Appalachian Medicine, and she continues to honor these roots by sharing practical, locally-based herbal knowledge with every patient she sees.
She holds certifications from the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) and in Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) under Dr. Shoemaker. Her advanced training includes functional medicine testing to uncover root causes related to infections, genetics, gut health, hormone imbalances, allergies, heavy metals, and autoimmunity. Dale provides care for children with PANS/PANDAS and offers personalized integrative protocols for cancer patients, using tools such as RGCC cancer testing to help guide treatment decisions. She also supports patients navigating gastrointestinal issues, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune and chronic conditions, complex or “mystery” illnesses, and mental health.
Dale continues to expand her expertise in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine and has studied with numerous renowned herbalists and functional medicine specialists throughout her career. Her approach focuses on creating practical, effective, and individualized plans that meet each patient where they are.
Collaborative and patient-centered, Dale works with individuals and families to build long-term wellness strategies tailored to their unique needs. Appointments are available in-person or via telehealth for Tennessee residents.
