FAQs about Cedar Bluff Clinic Closure and Merger into Western Avenue Clinic
1. Why are you closing the Cedar Bluff clinic?
We’re making this move to keep costs down—not just for us, but for our patients, too. By bringing everyone together at Western Avenue, we can cut out the extra overhead and focus our resources where they matter most: on great care and updated services.
2. When is the last day I can be seen at Cedar Bluff?
October 3 is the last full day at Cedar Bluff. A few providers may have special exceptions, but starting in September, some are already offering appointments at Western Avenue.
3. Will all my providers still be available?
Yes—all your current providers are moving to the Western Avenue location.
4. Will the services I get change in any way?
No, all current services will still be available. You’ll now have even easier access to additional specialties under the same roof.
5. How do I get to the new Western Avenue location? Is parking easy?
The Western Avenue clinic is directly off the highway and offers expanded parking with clear signage. We’re happy to provide directions if needed.
6. What if the Western Avenue location is farther or more difficult for me to get to?
We understand it may be a change. We’re here to help with directions, traffic-friendly appointment times, and any other accommodations you need.
7. Can I have my records transferred if I decide to see a provider closer to me?
Yes. If you choose a different clinic, we will gladly transfer your records to support your care.
8. Do I need to change my appointment?
We are reviewing and confirming all appointments to reflect the new location. If adjustments are needed, we’ll assist with rescheduling.
9. Will my insurance and payment details change?
No. Insurance and billing will remain the same—only the clinic address is changing.
10. Will your business hours or phone number change?
No. Our business hours and phone number will remain the same. If anything changes, we will notify you in advance.
